Customer Reviews
Good quality, delivery needs work
I ordered the Lovebites Vinyl and a Nemophila CD during a sale. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I liked that they had clear images of the products. The vinyl arrived in perfect condition, and the sound quality is excellent. The CD also plays well. Shipping took about 12 days to reach California, which felt a bit long, but everything was well-packaged. I had a question about tracking, and customer support replied within a day. They confirmed the order was on its way. The items are authentic, which is important for me. Just wish the shipping was a bit quicker.
Got my Hanabie CD quick
Just got the new Hanabie CD from JPU Records, and it arrived super fast. Packaging was good, no damage. Overall, a really smooth experience. Definitely happy with it.
Great value on the signed CD
I was looking for a specific signed CD and saw JPU Records had it on sale. I signed up for their newsletter and got a discount on my first order, which was a nice bonus. The price for the signed Band-Maid CD was better than I found anywhere else. Shipping wasn't super fast, took about 9 days to get to New York, but for the price I paid, it was totally worth the wait. Felt like I got a really good deal.
Reliable for Japanese rock
This isn't my first time ordering from JPU Records. I've bought several things before, including a The Gazette CD and some Japanese Rock Vinyl. This time I got a Bridear CD. Just like previous orders, everything was official and arrived without damage. They're consistently good with their packaging. Delivery to Florida was about the same as last time, roughly a week and a half. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they always deliver the right stuff.
Solid purchase, minor shipping delay
I picked up one of the Limited Edition Box Sets, and I'm mostly pleased with it. The set itself is fantastic, really well put together with cool extras. The price was fair for what you get. Shipping did take a bit longer than I expected, around 10 days to get to Texas, which was a slight bummer. Everything arrived safely though, well-protected in the box. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking. Good value for money, just be prepared for a little wait on delivery.

Hey, thinking of grabbing that new Band-Maid vinyl. How long does shipping usually take to New York? Don't wanna wait forever.
Are their records actually legit? Like, are these real releases or some kind of bootleg stuff? I only buy official.
